We’re a team of experienced communications professionals, led by two founders who between them have spent four decades shaping some of the most talked-about campaigns in the industry.

Kat Thomas

Our Chief Creative, oversees creative output and leads our client advisory work.

She founded the multi award-winning One Green Bean in Sydney in 2007, expanded it to London in 2015. She built it into one of the most creatively recognised PR agencies before selling to Havas and leaving in 2025.

Across more than two decades partnering with 
some of the world's biggest consumer brands, she has accumulated hundreds of awards, including multiple Cannes Lions and a Titanium Lion for Creative Effectiveness. Her work is known for its irreverence 
and cultural instinct.

Kate Addy

Our Chief Exec, leads strategic planning and operations.

She spent six years as Managing Partner at Ready10, a PR Week Top 100 PR agency, leading multi award-winning creative comms for brands like TikTok, McDonald's and Lime alongside her remit for agency growth.

She’s held senior roles both agency side and in-house throughout her career, and frequently scoops many of the notable industry awards. Her work has been recognised with Cannes Lions wins, among others, as well as multiple Agency of the Year accolades from the likes of PR Week, PRCA and CIPR.

Kate is known for her progressive approach to earned-first strategy, rigorous thinking and a commercial instinct that ensures creative ambition is firmly grounded to deliver work with measurable impact.
